Ferrari Fastblock 4 row transplanter for soil blocks / square block.
No downtimes and excellent placement of the plant in the ground are the main features of the “Fastblock” transplanter. The machine is equipped with modular units and it's available both in hauled and self-propelled version. Fastblock works only with square blocks (from 3 to 5 cm on each side). Row width can be adjusted starting from 23 cm by using a very narrow ploughshare (only 7.5 cm). The innovative robotic grabbers can handle both short and tall plants at high speed, without damaging them.

- Heavy-duty plant racks with walking grilles (on which you can easily slide empty crates)
- No compressor on it. Uses the air from the tractor. This eliminates compressor noise and the risk of compressor malfunctions
- The yield per hour per element can vary up to a maximum of 7,000 plants/hour, while the forward speed depends on the planting distance


Extensive service service had from Ferrari planting machine specialist in November 2023, after this machine has not been used.
What has been done: new main bearings of the PTO, new PVC conveyor belts of the plant elements, new bearings under the PVC conveyor belts, new bearings in the grip elements, new oil filter, new air filter, new lower plates of plant feet, after this, plant feet have been welded up to counteract the initial wear and various rod head bearings of the grippers have been replaced. Cost of service: €2,500 excl. (invoice can be shared with potential customer on request)
